Although our Big Chocolate Cake isn’t as tall as the Williams Tower, it has its own “Wow!” factor. It’s colossal, actually. Silky smooth chocolate filling is sandwiched between decadent layers of moist dark chocolate cake. The layers just seem to keep going until the very top which is sprinkled with additional chunks of cake.
If chocolate doesn’t strike your fancy at the moment, we’d like to recommend caramel and nuts. Specifically, we are big fans of the Bourbon Street Pecan Pie. Both of these delightful pies incorporate scrumptious pecans. Interestingly enough, the first one adds Kentucky bourbon to the mix, while the second combines pecan pie with a chocolate chip cookie to create a remarkable “yum” factor.
Of course, we understand that some people really love fruit in their desserts and that is why we use fresh, locally harvested fruits whenever we can. They help us make the Caramel Apple Granny pie and corresponding bars.
