Ingredients
1 slice Sweet Street Four High Carrot Cake (1120)
Continental Mills Corn Bread Mix
1/2 cup Danone Vanilla Bean Yogurt
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Libby Pumpkin Pie Mix
Directions
Step 1
Mash carrot cake with your hands and form mini sausage sized pieces. Stick in a skewer. Freeze for a few hours.
Step 2
Make corn bread batter per manufacturer instructions
Step 3
Remove dogs from freezer and dip into corn bread batter. Fry at 350f for 2-3 min. Serve warm
Step 4
Mix yogurt with spices and pumpkin mix
Step 5
Plate as shown
