Defrosting/Handling Tips

Always remove shrinkwrap prior to defrosting.
Whole Pie: Under Refrigeration 4-5 hours or overnight  Defrosting a whole Chocolate Peanut Butter pie at room temperature is not recommended. If you've under estimated your level of business and need to defrost frozen product quickly| it's better to defrost ¼ or ½ pies| slices separated| either under refrigeration or at room temperature depending on time needed (see below). Be sure to put defrosted slices back in the cooler.
