“Let me issue a “Doting Mom” alert! Last year on Christmas break my daughter, Zoe, introduced us to an amazing ginger miso cookie. We gobbled them up and we wanted more because they were so addicting. We spent a day—just the two of us—in our kitchen handpicking ingredients and mixing up batches. Finally, Zoe struck up the perfect balance of sweet with a subtle hint of savory. It involves toffee, almonds, sesame, single origin Peruvian 70% chocolate, ginger and Japanese miso, which gives it a umami that’s delicious and deeply satisfying. Then our team translated Zoe’s recipe into our newest Manifesto Individually Wrapped Cookie, “Zoe’s Crush.” Oh and by the way, it’s certified gluten free.”
